Contract language
The contract language is German. In the case of events in English, the participant will receive contracts and learning materials in English.
Contractual obligations of the organizer
Our services include the execution of the event as described. The organizer ensures that the event is carried out in an appropriate manner. The organizer provides staff, learning resources and premises. The organizer reserves the right to substitute staff, exchange and change of learning materials as well as temporal and local changes in a reasonable framework.
Contractual obligations of the participant
He affirms to have the physical condition for participation in the Aerial Yoga Course and in particular does not suffer from the following diseases: glaucoma (increased intraocular pressure), cardiovascular diseases, back pain, obesity (pathological overweight).
The participant treats the rooms and learning materials with care and observes any house rules that may be present at the venue. When using the Aerial Yoga hammock he pays attention to cleanliness and avoids wearing metal on the body (jewelery, watches, zippers, etc.) as well as makeup and cream. The participant is obliged to reimburse costs caused by damage caused by him.
The participant is aware that the documents and scripts made available are protected by copyright. He undertakes to use these only in person, not to pass them on to third parties, not to copy or publish them.
Conclusion of contract and confirmation of registration
The contract is concluded with the return of the completed and signed registration form. Upon receipt of the registration, the participant will receive a written confirmation by e-mail requesting a deposit of 150 EUR to confirm the registration. If the maximum number of participants has already been reached and participation is no longer possible, alternatively the participant is informed about this and no contract is concluded.
Participation fee
The amount of the participation fee can be found in the event description or the registration form. The agreed remuneration is to be transferred to our account until 1 week before the start of the event, unless otherwise agreed. If promoted by the public sponsorship “Bildungsprämie”, the own contribution must be transferred upon request. You will receive the bank details with the registration confirmation. Claims of participants for take over or refunding of the participation fee or parts of it do not release the participant from the payment obligations towards the organizer.
Early termination and cancellation
The measure can be canceled by the organizer without notice, if there is an important reason. An important reason for termination without notice by the organizer is given, if
a) at least 4 participants have not registered bindingly 2 weeks before the start of the action. In this case, the organizer is only obliged to reimburse participation fees already paid. No further claims can be made by the participant.
b) the participant seriously disturbs the implementation of the measure by behavior contrary to the contract despite being warned.
The participant incurs no costs if he gives notice in writing until 4 weeks before the beginning of the measure. If you cancel in writing at least two weeks before the start, a cancellation fee of 150 Euro will be charged. With later deregistration the full participation fee is due. Until the beginning of the event, another participant may be named instead of the registered participant. No further claims can be made by the participant.
Number of participants
The number of participants is limited in order to run the event efficiently and to ensure a high quality standard. The respective number of participants can be found in the event description. Registrations will be considered in the order they are received by us. We therefore recommend that you register early.
Failure of event services
If event services fail for a reason that the organizer is responsible for, they will be made up for. If they fail for a reason that the organizer is not responsible for, he will try to make up for it. There is no legal claim.
Accommodation
We ask you to make necessary hotel reservations yourself in good time.
Closing provisions
The participant details are stored for internal purposes. The privacy policy published on the internet applies: https://www.aerial-yoga.de/datenschutzerklaerung/
If any part of these terms and conditions be or become invalid, the terms and conditions remain otherwise valid. The ineffective clause is replaced by the legal regulation. If such does not exist, the contracting parties will agree on a mutually acceptable arrangement.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us:

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. You will be charged the fees corresponding to the amount of course time having taken place until your withdrawal from our contract.
